Achievement Awards
We give a variety of awards for outstanding achievement:
Canadian Braille Literacy Foundation
This grant projects and programs to promote braille literacy and to make braille publications and instruction more accessible to people who are blind or are living with vision loss.
Dr. Dayton M. Forman Memorial Award
This award recognizes outstanding leadership in an individual or organization for the advancement of library and information services for Canadians who are blind or have vision loss.
Euclid Herie Leadership Award (Residents of Alberta or NWT only)
This award is open to candidates living in Alberta or the Northwest Territories who have made significant contributions which have inspired achievements throughout the disabled community.
E. (Ben) & Mary Hochhausen Access Technology Research Award
This international award encourages research in the field of access technology for people living with vision loss.
