  • An Everyday Hero
  • Who would ever consider the possibility of waking up one day and realizing there is something seriously wrong with your vision,” asks Jim Hynes, a 45 year old Operations Logistics Coordinator with Technip Canada in St. John’s. “It was the furthest thing from my mind”.
For Jim the possibility became a reality when he lost the sight in his right eye. Now he is a man on a mission to raise awareness about vision health, safety and the importance of CNIB programs and services. Jim is the spokesperson for the CNIB Everyday Hero campaign and he is calling on his friends and associates to help him.  If you would like to join Jim contact Anna Peddle by phone 709-754-1180 x 224 or email anna.peddle@cnib.ca
