Looking for ways to manage stress? Come out and join us for yoga sessions to help you learn to battle some of the stress. These sessions are virtual so can be done anywhere.

This yoga program runs via Zoom web conference or telephone every Friday from 12 to 12:45 p.m. CDT. Call in information will be given upon registration.

Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.
