Early Years Caregiver Connect – Prep for the Holidays (Eastern)

Type d'événement

Type de programme
Children & Youth Programs

Early Years Caregiver Connect is an opportunity for caregivers of young children (0-6), who are blind or low vision to connect with others virtually in a safe and casual setting. To make sure we talk about the things that matter to you, future session topics are decided based on participant feedback. Any guest presentations will be the same for both the east and west sessions, so you can register and attend at the time that works best for you.

The holidays are an exciting time, but they come with their own questions, challenges and adaptations for families with young children who are blind or low vision. Join us on December 1st to connect with other caregivers of young children who are blind and low vision to chat about your holiday plans. CNIB Early Years Specialist Christina Clarke will share a short presentation on inclusive toy ideas to help finish your child’s holiday wish list before opening the floor for conversation. Invited guests include parent advocates who are happy to share their journey and experience.

Tuesday, December 1 from 6 to 7 p.m. Eastern Time on Zoom. Zoom information will be shared after registering.

Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.

Registration required. To register, please complete the CNIB Auto Registration Form.
